Awkwafina

Awkwafina, an American singer and actress began with a series of rap songs dealing with issues related to sexual and race. Her career expanded to Hollywood when she dropped an album of raps. Nora Lum began her musical journey as a trumpet player. She was born in Forest Hills Queens, she was a child of Chinese immigrants as well as Koreans. Following her Jazz and classical training, she delved into hip-hop in her teen years. When she was in high school, she concentrated on the field of journalism as well as women's studies. She was also a student of Mandarin briefly in Beijing. It wasn't until after graduating that she turned her attention on music. After gaining viral fame on the Internet and her own song My Vag was a reaction to the song of Mickey Avalon's My Dick. It eventually was included on the debut album Yellow Ranger. The album featured other popular hits, including the body positive Queef as well as the cheeky hometown tour NYC Bitche$1. This latter song was directly tied to Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide for 2015, which was a travel guide. After having a great career as a singer, she decided to take on the character of actress. As well as early shows that included Girl Code and Tawk - she appeared in movies Neighbors 2 Storks & Bad Rap. In the year 2018, she was offered a series of notable parts, including Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June she dropped her debut EP "In Fina We Trust".
